Dear Students,
Thank you for your interest in the Erasmus Internship Program.
Applications of all students who applied in accordance with the rules specified in the call for application were evaluated.

Rules stated in the call for application:
- Students whose applications are APPROVED OFFICE are candidates for the grant.
- Students who are in the APPROVED OFFICE status must complete the information/documents requested in the EXPLANATION section of the list by 30 April 2022 and send them to us via e-mail (outgoing@yeditepe.edu.tr). Otherwise, the applications will be considered invalid.
- Applications of students who cannot meet the conditions stated in the call for application are invalid and are declared as NOT WON in the KION system.
OBJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL: Students who want to object to the announced Erasmus Grade or who want to withdraw their application, please fill out the form below by April 30, 2022 at the latest. (You will have the right to withdraw your mobility again after the announcement of the grant results.) Pay attention to the important note about Digital Skills below.

Objections will be evaluated and students will be notified. The rankings in this list may not be final, as the list may change as a result of objections.
DOCUMENTS TO BE COMPLETED
Students whose mobility will start in June must upload the following documents to the KION system until 15 May 2022. You do not need to submit documents to the office.
- Learning Agreement for Traineeships: their signature must be completed.
- Health, Personal Liability and Accident Insurance
- Yapı Kredi Euro account document
- OLS - Online Language Assessment (A link will be sent to your e-mail addresses before the mobility. You do not need to upload the result to the KION System.)
After completing all the above-mentioned documents, Grant Agreement will be signed before your Erasmus mobility.
Question & Answer Meetings will be held for all your questions regarding the process. Due to the workload, your individual (e-mail, telephone, personal visit) questions will not be answered.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Student who are entitled to receive the grant and whose internship mobility will start between 1-30 June 2022, may receive their grant payment after their mobility begins, since the number of Erasmus internship mobility applications for the 2022-2023 academic year is higher than anticipated, the grant calculation studies will take time.
- Students who will make their visa applications before the grant results are announced, please fill out the petition in the link and send it to us by e-mail so that we can prepare your visa support letter to facilitate your visa application.

- Since the latest project end date for the 2021 project year is determined as 30 June 2023, the internship mobility activities planned after this date are not valid. Internship end dates must be changed to 30 June 2023 at the latest.
- +5 points are applied to internships (DOTs) aimed at developing Digital Skills.
Internships providing one or more of the following activities are considered within this scope:
- digital marketing (eg social media management, web analytics), digital graphics, mechanical and architectural design;
- Development of apps, software, scripts, websites
- installation, maintenance and management of information systems and networks, cyber security, data analytics, data mining and visualization;
- programming, robotics and artificial intelligence trainings.
General customer service, request creation, data entry, or routine office duties do not considered as developing Digital Skills.
If you think your internship should be considered under the DOTs, please fill in the form by April 30, 2022
and send the acceptance letters stating the details of DOTs clearly to us by e-mail.
