2022-2023 Erasmus Study Mobility Grant Results

NOTES:
- Erasmus scores in the final list were determined according to the language of instruction announced in the list of Bilateral Agreements of the Partner University, and the placement process was made accordingly the exam scores entered in the language(s) of instruction of the Partner University.
For example: The French language grade is taken for calculating the Erasmus grade, if the student who took both the English and French exams settled in a partner university that provides education in French.
- The students who are in GRANTED status in the grant are entitled to receive the grant.
- Students in the status of SUBSTITUTE in the grant can only receive a grant if the students in the GRANTED status cancel their activity. The grant of the student who cancel is distributed first on a unit basis and then on a university basis.
- Students with PRECONDITIONAL SUBSTITUTE status for the grant can only place in the partner university with an empty quota for the SPRING term after the students with the status of WON in the placement give up the activity. After the placement, the grant evaluation will be made according to the unit/university ranking.

- WITHDRAWAL students are those who voluntarily cancel participating in Erasmus.
- Students who want to cancel their participation in the mobility should submit their requests until 17 July 2022 using the form below. Please fill in the form with your std.yeditepe.edu.tr student emails. https://forms.gle/bYrqpTDae1jyiHCx7
After this date, -10 points will be applied in the next applications unless it is based on force majeure. - It is possible to participate in the activity without a grant, but the non-granted students participating in the activity are subject to all Erasmus-related processes. A zero-grant contract will be signed.
Grant Payments
- After receiving the acceptance letter from the partner university, a grant agreement will be made with the students who are entitled to receive a grant.

- Grant payments are made in two installments. 80% of the foreseen total amount is paid before the activity. After the activity, the total amount of progress payment is calculated by considering the participation certificate and (if necessary) passport entries and exits, and the difference between the first payment and the second installment is paid.
Grant Deductions
- Deduction due to academic failure
Students are obliged to be successful in at least ½ (15 ECTS / 30 ECTS) of the total ECTS credits they received at the partner university. A 20% deduction is made from the total progress payment amount calculated after the activity from the grants of the students who cannot meet the required success criteria.
- In case of the academic failure (0 ECTS gain) is due to the students not taking any course/exam, the entire grant is requested to be refunded.
- Deduction due to missing documents
- If any after mobility documents (certificate of attendance or transcript of records (ToR) etc.) proving the participation to the mobility are not completed by the announced dates, a full refund will be requested.
- 20% deduction will be made from the total payment amount who do not fill the EU Participant report.(After the mobility)
- 5% deduction will be made from the total payment amount who do not complete the 2nd OLS exam.
- Duration Interruptions
- In cases where it is clearly known that the start-end date of the activity on the certificate of participation does not include the actual dates,
- If the student leaves the institution (city / country), excluding national holidays, on the dates when the education or internship should continue under normal conditions, for more than 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days (including weekends) ,
no grant payment is made for the total number of days apart. If a payment has been made before, a refund will be requested.
Covid-19 Information
Before the mobility, quarantine practices, travel restrictions, test requirements, of the partner Institution/country should be followed.
