2022-23 Erasmus Education Mobility Grant Agreement Appointment

Dear Student,

Students who are entitled to benefit from the 2022-23 Erasmus Study Mobility program (with and without grants) should make an appointment from the link below for the preparation of the Grant Agreements before your Erasmus mobility starts.

Documents to be uploaded to KION, which must be completed in order to sign the grant contract;

1. Partner University Acceptance Letter
2. Partner University Academic Calendar
3. Learning Agreement for Studies Before the Mobility (all sections must be filled in completely and all signatures must be completed)
4. Health, Accident Insurance Policy
5. Document containing Yapı Kredi Euro Account information
6. OLS Language Exam  https://international.yeditepe.edu.tr/tr/international/duyuru/yeni-ols-…
7. Passport page where you get visa approval or flight ticket (For students whose visa has not been approved yet)

Please make your grant contract appointment at least 2 weeks before your mobility starts. Please be careful not to leave it until the last week. 

Grant agreements will be physically signed at the International Exchange and Cooperation Office.

P.S.: It is obligatory to sign a grant agreement for students who are SUBSTITUTES in the grant. Otherwise, the activity cannot be evaluated within the scope of Erasmus Programme.

• Students who send their withdrawal requests without an excuse after 1 July 2022 will receive a -10 application in their next application.
