Applications of all students who applied in accordance with the rules specified in the call for application were evaluated.

FINAL PLACEMENT RESULTS, Objections and requested arrangements will be announced after the approval of Yeditepe University Erasmus Commission.

OBJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL: Students who want to object to the announced Erasmus Grade or who want to withdraw their application, please fill out the form below by April 10, 2023 (17:00) at the latest. (You will have the right to withdraw your mobility again after the announcement of the grant results.) Pay attention to the important note about Digital Skills below.

Objections will be evaluated and students will be notified. The rankings in this list may not be final, as the list may change as a result of objections.
STUDENTS WHO COULD NOT SUBMIT ACCEPTANCE LETTER
23-24 Students who fulfill the minimum requirements specified in the Erasmus Internship Mobility application call, but cannot submit the acceptance letter received from the internship place until 17 March 2023, they can upload the acceptance letter to the KION system until 14 April 2023 (17:00) with the condition that they can participate in the activity without a grant.
Please review the call for application for acceptance letter requirements.
P.S.: A separate document is not requested from students who have submitted a valid letter of acceptance until March 17, 2023, and these students will be evaluated separately.

After the completion of all the above-mentioned documents, a Grant Agreement will be signed before your Erasmus mobility.

All processes will be explained at the Orientation Meeting to be held in the future. The orientation program will be announced via email.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Internships providing one or more of the following activities are considered within this scope:
- digital marketing (eg social media management, web analytics), digital graphics, mechanical and architectural design;
- Development of apps, software, scripts, websites
- installation, maintenance and management of information systems and networks, cyber security, data analytics, data mining and visualization;
- programming, robotics and artificial intelligence trainings.
General customer service, request creation, data entry, or routine office duties do not considered as developing Digital Skills.
If you think your internship should be considered under the DOTs, please fill in the form by April 10, 2023 (17:00) and send the acceptance letters stating the details of DOTs clearly to us by e-mail.
