NOTES
- The students who are in GRANTED status are entitled to receive the grant.
- Students in SUBSTITUTE status can only receive a grant if the students in GRANTED status give up the activity.
- Students in CANCELLATION status are students who did not submit a waiver request but were determined to have chosen courses at Yeditepe in the Fall semester. Due to the passing of the nomination dates, these students will not be able to participate in the activities in the spring semester, even if they request, and their activities have been cancelled.
Students who want to waive their participation in the activity should submit their requests using the form below. -10 points will be applied in the next application for cancellations that are not based on force majeure.
Timely notification of students who have given up participating in the activity is of great importance in order for substitute students to be placed and receive grants.
