Our additional budget request for the 2023 Contract period, which we submitted with the interim report, was accepted by the National Agency and three times more budget was allocated to our University compared to previous years.
For this reason, grants were allocated to some of the students who were in the NO-GRANT status in the first grant distribution within the budget possibilities.

Study Mobility

The expressions in the “GRANT DISTRIBUTION AFTER THE INTERIM REPORT-RESULT” column mean the following:
- GRANTED - First Distribution: Students who are entitled to receive a grant in the first grant distribution
- Granted - Unit-based granting and Granted - University-based granting: Students who are granted on a unit or university basis within the scope of the grant distributed after the interim report
- RESERVE: Students who are candidates to receive a grant in case students who receive grants after the interim report give up (or who do not fill out the commitment form).
Only the grants allocated within the scope of the 2023 project will be transferred to students in reserve status. The issues in the previous announcement are valid for the first distribution.
Withdrawal Form: Please fill out the form by January 2 to inform that you are giving up on participating in the mobility.
Since it is no longer possible for students who have not made any application to the partner university to participate in the mobility, these students must fill out the withdrawal form. Click here to access the form.
Commitment Form: In order to ensure effective use of the budget, SPRING semester students are required to fill out the form stating that they will participate in the mobility by January 2. Click here to access the commitment form.
At the end of this period, the grant allocated to students who have not filled out the withdrawal form or the commitment form stating that they will participate in the mobility will be transferred to students in reserve status.
However, students who have completed their partner university applications can participate in the mobility.
Internship Mobility

Additional grants were allocated to all students in the NO-GRANT status in Internship Mobility who have not completed their mobility and have not started the mobility. According to the rules of the National Agency, grants cannot be allocated after the mobility is completed.
The expressions in the “GRANTING AFTER INTERIM REPORT” column mean the following:
- GRANT-First Distribution: Students who are entitled to receive grants in the first grant distribution
- Granting after interim report: Students who are granted grants within the scope of the grant distributed after the interim report
- WITHOUT GRANT: Students who complete their mobility without a grant
