Applications made within the scope of 2024-2025 Erasmus+ Internship mobilities have been evaluated and PRE-PLACEMENT* results are available in the links below.
Grant distribution has not been made yet. There is no guarantee that all accepted applications will be awarded a grant.
*FINAL PLACEMENT RESULTS will be announced after the requested arrangements and the approval of Yeditepe University Erasmus Commission.
In announcement lists;
- Students in ACCEPTED status are candidates for the grant.
- PREREQUISITE ACCEPTANCE status must complete the information/documents requested in the DESCRIPTION section of the list by March 25, 2024, 17:00 and upload them to OTHER documents in the DOCUMENT UPLOAD tab on the APPLICATION PORTAL. Otherwise, applications will be deemed invalid.
- REJECTED status are students who are not eligible to participate in the activity.
OBJECTION AND CANCELLATION: Students who want to object to the announced Erasmus Grade or cancel their application must fill out the form below by 25 March 2024, 17:00 at the latest. (After the grant results are announced, you will have the right to cancel your mobility because there is no grant.)

Objections will be evaluated and students will be notified. Since the list may change as a result of objections, the rankings in this list may not be final.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Since the number of Erasmus internship mobility applications for the 2024-2025 academic year is higher than expected, grant calculations will take time. If our students, whose internship mobility will start between 1-30 June 2024, are entitled to receive a grant, there is a possibility that the grant payment will be made after the mobility starts.
- Activities can be carried out without a grant.
- Our students who will apply for visa before the grant results are announced, please fill out the visa letter request form so that your visa support letter can be prepared by us to facilitate your visa application: https://forms.gle/ZFaScD8aiTCuTAhz5
- Since the end date of the relevant project period is determined as 30 June 2025, internship mobility activities planned after this date are not valid. Internship end dates must be changed to June 30, 2025 at the latest.
- +5 points are applied to internships (DOTs) aimed at improving Digital Skills.
Internships that experience one or more of the following activities are counted in this scope:
- digital marketing (e.g. social media management, web analytics), digital graphics, mechanical and architectural design;
- application, software and code or website development;
- installation, maintenance and management of information systems and networks, cybersecurity, data analytics, data mining and visualisation;
- programming, robotics and artificial intelligence training.
This does not include general customer service, request creation, data entry or routine office duties.
If you think your internship should be evaluated within the scope of DOTs, you must fill out the objection form and upload the acceptance letter or learning agreement clearly stating this to the Application Portal by March 25, 2024, 17:00.
