THESE APPLICATIONS ARE FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL AND SPRING SEMESTERS.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The student must be enrolled as a full-time student in any level of higher education (undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program) at their higher education institution. Students enrolled in a double major can apply for mobility from only one major during the same application period. It is not possible to change departments after the application phase.
Undergraduate students at our university can only apply for long-term (2-12 months) physical or blended Student Learning Mobility starting from their 2nd semester (excluding preparatory class). (Students enrolled in the Preparatory class cannot apply. They must be enrolled in their academic department/program at the time of the application’s opening date.) This call includes quotas for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students.
The Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) must meet the following criteria: a. Undergraduate students must have a CGPA of at least 2.20/4.00. b. Graduate and doctoral students must have a CGPA of at least 2.50/4.00.
Students must have enough ECTS credits or equivalent course load to participate in the mobility program.

EVALUATION PROCESS
The International Exchange Score is determined by considering 50% of the student's overall academic GPA and 50% of their performance in the language exam. This score affects the student's placement at the partner university.
After uploading their transcript to the KION system, all students who meet the minimum GPA requirement will be conditionally accepted. The final score will be determined by the English exam that will be taken afterward.
Students will be ranked based on the International Exchange Program Score according to the quota of each partner university.
If there are remaining vacancies for students who are not placed, an additional announcement will be made to allow them to apply for those vacancies.
Once students are placed at a university, their university cannot be changed under any circumstances (except for mistakes made in the placement process).
Students must be accepted by the institution they will be attending to carry out their mobility after being selected at their home university.
Students are responsible for their own international travel arrangements, accommodation, passport, and visa procedures, but they can receive support from the partner university and Yeditepe University's International Exchange and Cooperation Coordination.
