APPEALS AND WITHDRAWALS
Students who wish to appeal the announced Erasmus grade or withdraw from participation in the activity must fill out the form below no later than January 24, 2025:

Appeals will be reviewed, and notifications will be sent to students. Please note that the rankings on this list may change depending on the outcome of the appeals.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Students in the MAIN list have been granted the right to participate in the activity with funding.
- Students ranked fourth and fifth as ACCEPTED – RESERVE FOR FUNDING may participate without funding but are on the reserve list for funding.
- Students ranked sixth and below on the RESERVE list may participate with or without funding only if students ranked above withdraw from the activity.
GRANTS AND AGREEMENTS
- Students on the MAIN list will receive a maximum of €553 for 7 days.
- All students participating in the activity (both funded and non-funded) must sign a grant agreement prior to the activity. To complete this, the following documents must be uploaded to the TURNA system:
- Acceptance letter (coordinate with the Academic Coordinator)
- Learning Agreement (Download from Yeditepe University International Office – Outgoing Erasmus Student Documents section)
- Health insurance
- Visa (if applicable, or green passport)
- Bank information (IBAN & Account Holder Name)
