Erasmus Incoming Students Traineeship

  • Yeditepe University accepts incoming internship students within the framework of international internship programs and inter-institutional bilateral agreements (Erasmus etc.).
  • Students who want to come within the scope of Internship Mobility send their CVs and motivation letters to the Office via e-mail. (incoming@yeditepe.edu.tr)
  • The office contacts the relevant academic/administrative department. If the relevant department approves, the Office sends acceptance letters to the students.
  • Before the internship, the student, the sending institution, and the relevant academic/administrative department where the students will do their internship in Yeditepe should sign the learning agreement. (Click for the Learning Agreement)
  • Within the scope of Internship Mobility, the internship supervisor in the academic/administrative department signs the students’ learning agreement. The participation certificate is given at the end of the internship mobility period.
  • A copy of the prepared documents is shared with the Office for archiving and reporting.
  • From the first day of the internship period, the students who will do the internship must provide health, accident, and liability insurance by themselves and submit a copy to the Office.

  • During the mobility, the internship supervisor is assigned to the students from the relevant academic or administrative department where they do their internship.
  • The office provides support to the students during their internship, if needed.
  • Students are required to fill out the arrival form regarding their arrival in Turkey and Yeditepe University.

  • Within the scope of Internship Mobility, the internship supervisor in the academic/administrative department signs the students’ learning agreement. The participation certificate is given at the end of the mobility period where they do their internship.
  • The Office makes the necessary directions for students to perform the checkout process from Information Center, Dormitories; İSTEK AŞ etc. by completing the departure form.
