2024-2025 Erasmus+ Mobility Applications

 

Erasmus scores have been calculated based on the evaluation criteria specified in the application call. You can access the lists through the following links:

 INTERNSHIP:

 Successfull students applying for the INTERNSHIP mobility who meet the minimum requirements (as indicated in the announcement lists) are requested to upload the ACCEPTANCE LETTER on the Erasmus Application Portal (erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr). Successful students indicated in the list must upload their acceptance letters by MARCH 1, 2024. Students who do not upload their acceptance letters will be considered incomplete in their applications. After the evaluation of acceptance letters:

 +10 points will be added to those who uploaded an eligible acceptance letter during the application.

+5 points for activities aimed at developing digital skills (if specified in the acceptance letter).

 

STUDY:

 The students applying for the STUDY mobility who meet the minimum requirements (as indicated in the announcement lists) are required to choose the universities ON THE PORTAL BY MARCH 1, 2024.

 PROCEDURES AND RULES FOR OBJECTIONS:

 Students who identify incorrect or missing information on the list and are requested additional documents must fill out the objection form by February 26, 2024 (23:59) and upload the relevant documents.

a. FOREIGN LANGUAGE EXAM CERTIFICATE:

Students who did not specify in the application form but want to use previous foreign language exam results can ONLY use the language exams conducted by the University in 2022 and 2023. The processes for accepted objections will begin after FEBRUARY 27.

 

b. PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY BEFORE:

Students who fail to disclose their prior participation in the Erasmus mobility program on the application form and the Google form hereinabove mentioned, but are later found to have previous involvement, will have their mobility canceled at any point in the process.

 

c. DISABILITY:

In accordance with the rules of the National Agency, additional points for the disability criterion in Erasmus applications can only be given to individuals with a documented disability health board report, indicating a minimum of 50% disability, as specified in the "Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults" published in the Official Gazette dated February 20, 2019, and numbered 30692. Students who have not submitted their document should upload it to the provided Google Form.

 

ç. MARTYR / VETERAN'S FAMILY:

The document indicating that the student's parent is a martyr/veteran is issued by the Military Unit, General Directorate of Security, General Command of Gendarmerie, and the Social Security Institution. The document can also be issued through the institution's website. Documents obtained from institutions other than those mentioned above will not be considered for additional points within the scope of Erasmus. Students who have not submitted their document should upload it to the provided Google Form.

 

d. PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES IN THE COUNTRY OF CITIZENSHIP:

If you have dual citizenship and the country is among your preferences, upload the identity card/passport belonging to that country. Points will be deducted after placement.
