*FINAL PLACEMENT RESULTS will be announced after the approval of the Yeditepe University Erasmus Commission following the receipt of Additional Placement requests.

**For the placements of valid applications at the DOCTORATE level, candidates must receive an acceptance letter from partner universities by June 1, 2024 (Acceptances must be for the 2024-25 Academic Year).

The explanation of the statuses ACCEPTANCE, BACKUP, UNSUCCESSFUL in the lists:

  • Students in ACCEPTANCE status have been placed in one of their preferences.
  • Students in BACKUP status have not been placed, but they may be placed if the placed students cancel their mobility and the partner university's final nomination date has not passed. Students in this situation will be notified via a separate email.
  • Students in UNSUCCESSFUL status have not been placed in any of their preferred universities due to insufficient quota or mismatched language requirements.

ADDITIONAL PLACEMENT REQUEST

The additional placement process is carried out only for the remaining quotas of partner universities. Changes are not made to the universities where students have been placed except at their own request.

Students eligible to apply for additional placement include:

  • Students in SUBSTITUTE status,
  • Students in UNSUCCESSFUL (NOT-PLACED) status,
  • Students who, despite being placed, have determined that there are not enough courses in the language they took the exam for, contrary to the language requirement specified in the application/agreement, and students who have determined that there are no suitable courses in their curriculum at the university where they have been placed.*

*Evidence such as documents, emails, Erasmus department coordinator approval (can be via email) is required.

The above-mentioned students can only be placed in the remaining quotas.

The form for additional placement requests must be filled out by April 5, 2024, at the latest. Failure to do so will result in the request for additional placement not being considered.

OBJECTION TO ERRONEOUS PLACEMENT

Placements have been made automatically by the Portal. If you believe there is an error (erroneous placement) regarding the placement results, please fill out the form by April 5, 2024.

Objections received after April 5, 2024, will not be considered.

CHANGE TERM AND CANCELLATION

As stated in the call for applications, students are initially placed for a single semester (fall or spring). Students who choose Fall and Spring will be evaluated for the FALL semester only.

If you want to carry out activities in a different period (within the same academic year) than the period you specified in your application, or

If you want to withdraw from participating in the activity, fill out the form by April 5, 2024.
