  1. Due to the limited grant and in order to grant more students, a maximum of 60 days grant was allocated to students.
  2. Students can receive a 60-day grant and continue their mobilities without a grant for the remaining time.

  4. Students are not entitled to participate in the activity until the missing documents stated in the internship document status are completed. Students with missing documents can only participate in the activity without a grant.

Students in GRANTED (ASİL) status

  • These students can be allocated grant for 2 monhts. 
  • Students need to indicate their withdrawal request until 9th June through the form below.

  • Students who will receive a Social Security Letter (AT11, CZ111) / who will apply for a visa, please fill out the visa/ Social Security Letter request form so that we can prepare your facilitating visa/grant support letter for your visa application:

  • Students who send their withdrawal requests without an excuse after 9th June will receive a -10 application in their next application.

The following documents must be completed and uploaded to KION at least one month before their mobilities.

  • Learning Agreement for Traineeships: their signature must be completed.

  • Health, Personal Liability and Accident Insurance

  • Yapı Kredi bank Euro passbook

  • Photocopy of the page of the passport document that proves that you have obtained a Visa or Air ticket *(Green/Service passport holders can submit a Flight Ticket.)

    • The grants of the students who do not submit their documents in full and do not sign a grant contract cannot be deposited before the mobility.

Grant Agreement: After completing the documents above, the Grant Agreement will be signed at the office. Grant payments can only be made after the grant contract has been signed. An appointment link will be sent to you for the preparation of Grant Agreements for our students (with and without grant) who are entitled to benefit from the Erasmus Internship Mobility program. (For Fall semester students in August, for Spring semester students in December)

Note: It is obligatory to sign a grant agreement for students who are SUBSTITUTE in case of a grant. Otherwise, the activity cannot be evaluated within the scope of Erasmus.

SUBSTITUTE (YEDEK) students

  • You can participate in the activity without a grant.
  • For SUBSTITUTE students, the rules valid for GRANTED students will apply.
  • -10 points are not applied to students who give up because they did not receive a grant.

STUDENTS TO CHANGE THE INTERNSHIP PLACE BY FORCE MAJEURE

  • They are given 6 weeks from the announcement date to submit new acceptance letters. Students who do not submit a new acceptance letter in 6 weeks lose their right to proceed.
  • The new internship place cannot be from the higher group country in granting.

ADDITIONAL GRANT SUPPORT DUE TO EARTHQUAKE DISASTER ON 6 FEBRUARY 2023

*In 17 provinces and 1 district, additional grant support (disability grant) will be given if our students whose first-degree relatives receive disaster relief from AFAD. (For those who are selected as Erasmus+ student mobility grants.)

In order to prove this situation, you must obtain a document from E-government, which proves that he/she is a 1st degree relative and that he/she received assistance from AFAD, and send the document to outgoing@yeditepe.edu.tr until 6 June 2023.

*The provinces of Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa, and Batman, Bingöl, Elazığ, Kayseri, Mardin, Niğde, Tunceli and Sivas, which were declared effective disaster areas by the decisions of the AFAD Presidency. Gurun district

Grant Deductions

  1. Missing document cuts 
  • A full refund will be requested if no post-mobility certificates or documents proving participation in the mobility (such as a certificate of participation or substitute LA after the mobility) are completed in accordance with the announced dates.
  • After the mobility, 20% deduction is made from the total progress payment amount of the students who do not fill the EU Participant Report.
  1. Time interruptions

In cases where it is clearly known that the start-end date of the activity on the certificate of participation does not include the actual dates or that the student leaves the institution (city / country) where he / she is a guest, excluding public holidays, that is, on the dates when the education or internship should continue under normal conditions, additional research is deemed necessary and the student is required to continue 7 days. If it is determined that he/she has left the host institution for more than (seven) calendar days (including the weekend), no grant payment is made for the total number of days apart. If payment has been made before, a refund will be requested.

3.   Online mobility in Turkey

Students will not be granted for the period of activity spent in Turkey. Students will only be granted if the activity takes place in the country where the internship institution is located.
