FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Applications of all students applying to the program are received and students who meet the minimum requirements are accepted as prerequisites. English grades of students who have already taken the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam are accepted, and students who have not taken this exam before are subjected to the exam. Exam information will be shared with students after the application is completed.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

• The International Exchange Grade is created by taking into account 50% of the student's total academic grade point average and 50% of the success in the language exam. The International Exchange Grade affects the partner university where the students will be placed.

• After all students upload their transcripts to the KION system, all students who meet the minimum GPA are accepted as prerequisites. The English Exam to be requested and conducted afterwards constitutes the students' final score.

• Students are ranked according to the International Exchange Program Grade according to the quota of the University on the basis of the Partner University.

• An announcement is also made for students who cannot be placed so that they can choose the remaining quotas.

• The University of the placed students is not changed under any circumstances. (Except for placements made by mistake)

• After students are selected in their own higher education institutions, they must also receive acceptance from the institutions they will go to in order to carry out the activity.

• The student's departure procedures, accommodation provision abroad, passport and visa procedures are the responsibility of the student, and they can receive support from the partner university and Yeditepe University International Exchange and Cooperation Coordination.
