Visa Support And SGK (Social Security Institution) Letter Request Form

Dear Students, 

As it was stated in the orientation programme, in order to facilitate your visa procedures, a visa letter is being provided, which mentions that you are participating the study/traineeship mobility within the scope of Erasmus programme and a SGK (Social Security Institution) letter for students’ who are participating the mobility in a country that has an agreement with the Social Security Institution.

The documents must be requested by e-mail at least 5 working days BEFORE THE VISA APPOINTMENT DAY , together with the acceptance letter and academic calendar received from the University/Institution that you are accepted. We kindly request you to not call separately as it will be a time loss to call and ask for your documents on the same day.

Document requests will not be provided on the same day under any terms and conditions in order to prevent a possible error/mistake.

Visa/Grant support letter;

With a new update to the Erasmus Application Portal (https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/), you will be able to automatically create the Visa/Grant Support letter requested in your Erasmus visa procedures through the portal.

In order to create this document, you must fill out the visa request form we have sent to you and upload the academic calendar of the partner University to the KION system.

After you enter your date into the system, you will be able to create your automatic visa letter from the system.

 

SGK letters (AT11/CZ111) will be created by the office and you will be informed by email when they are ready.

In order to prepare the letter, you must upload the partner University academic calendar and the acceptance letter, if it's sent, to the KION system.

In case students ask for an original signature for the documents or different information than mentioned above, it must be clearly stated while requesting documents. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible for any delays.
