2023-2024 APPLICATION CALL ERASMUS STUDY MOBILITY ADDITIONAL PLACEMENT RESULTS
After additional Placement requests are received FINAL PLACEMENT RESULTS will be announced after the approval of Yeditepe University Erasmus Commission,
The students were placed by the KION automation system according to the university preferences selected in the application (preference order, university quota, language of education and exam result compatibility), taking into account the final Erasmus Score of the students and ranking them from the highest score to the lowest score.
WON students are placed in one of their university choices. Students will be nominated to partner universities by our Office then students will be applying to the partner university on their own.
NOW WIN Students with the status of NOT WIN could not be placed in one of the universities they preferred. The reason for not being placed is stated in the Explanation(Açıklama) field in the published list. If you wish to appeal your status, please fill in the objection form below by 9 April 2023.
SUBSTITUTE students who could not be placed can be placed if the placed students cancel their mobility and the last nomination date of the partner university has not passed. Students in this situation are informed via a separate e-mail.
OBJECTION, CANCELLATION and CHANGE OF TERM: In case of a technical error in the placement list, please indicate your request to cancel the mobility or change the semester on the form until 9 April 2023..

ADDITIONAL PLACEMENTS
The additional placement process is carried out only for the vacant quotas of the partner universities. No change is made in the universities where the students are placed, except at their own request.
- Students who can request additional Placement;
- SUBSTITUTE students,
- PLACED students if,
- Students who find that there are not enough courses in the language in which the exam is taken contrary to the language requirement stated in the application/agreement*
- students who find that there are not enough suitable courses in the university where they are placed.*
*As a proof, documents, e-mail, Erasmus department coordinator approval are required.
The above students can only be placed in the vacant quotas. The agreement list and placement list should be examined for vacant quotas. !!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Placements are made according to the language of instruction requested by the Partner University.
For example;
- If a single language is requested, placement is made with the requested language score.
- If two languages are specified with “Or” “/” expressions, it means that one of the two languages is sufficient, but the placement is made with the higher language score.
- If two languages are specified with the phrase "And", ",", the students who achieve the minimum success score in the two language exams are placed with the highest language score.
Grants are not guaranteed to be allocated to all placed students. The grant allocated by the National Agency to our University will be carried out within the framework of the grant distribution decision of the Yeditepe University Erasmus Commission.
2. Students are obliged to meet the requirements (foreign language, academic level, ECTS completed, etc.) demanded by the university they are placed in. Students who cannot meet the required conditions cannot participate in the program.
3. The processes regarding the application to the partner university will be given to the candidate students by the partner university. It is the students' responsibility to follow up and complete the application conditions and documents of the partner university. The final admission decision is made by the partner university after student applications.
4. Students must take appropriate courses worth 30 ECTS per semester in order to participate in the program. The approval of the courses must be obtained from the Erasmus coordinator of the Department.
5. Orientation programs will be organized for Fall and Spring semester students. All necessary information about the procedures will be shared at the orientation meeting.
6. Participation in the orientation program is MANDATORY for all prospective students. The information given in the orientation program will not be given individually in the office or via email.

All processes will be explained at the Orientation Meeting to be held in the future. The orientation program will be announced via email.
